Beware of ice on loads or on vehicles

The driver must not drive the vehicle if there is ice on the vehicle or on its load which could endanger road safety if it were to come free and fall off. If the driver violates this obligation, a fine of up to CZK 2,000 can be imposed on the spot. There is a potential penalty of CZK 2,500 for this offense in administrative proceedings.
